It is our duty of care to ensure we connect you with the right support at the right time. Therefore throughout the process we will introduce to you carefully selected third party service providers that cover services you need such as mortgages, insurance, and conveyancing.

When selling and purchasing a property you will need to instruct a solicitor to represent you in the transaction. We partner with and recommend Premier Property Lawyers. Due to our close working relationship with them, it ensures easy communication between us and them to help your transaction progress smoothly.
Last year the average legal fee was £495 + VAT. You will always get a better quote through us than going direct. By introducing you, Premier Property Lawyers pay us a referral fee of £300 + VAT per conveyance, which we use to grow and better our services over time.
If you’re buying a property after your sale, you may need a mortgage. Choosing the right mortgage broker has the potential to save you thousands over the lifetime of a mortgage.
